Location: Barcelona
Barcelona has quickly grown into a hectic place with foot traffic that requires some extra help on the front desk. The role of the office manager implies managing everything that comes between the rolls coming through the door to getting in the hands of the developing team.
Perfect execution of your role is when everybody takes it for granted since the days run smoothly and everything is labeled, categorized, and easy to find by the rest of the team. So multitasking & charm are going to be your best assets.
Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday
From 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
Tasks:
• Meet & greet the clients
• Understanding and translating client needs to the order form
• Labeling and organizing
• Organize the negs archive
• Invoicing
• Taking care of the Front Desk organization
• Preparing packages to be shipped
Skills Required:
• Fluent in Catalán, English & Spanish
• Excel & Mac Mail are second nature to you
• Extremely organized
• Being able to perform a Z report
• Enjoy the direct communication with the client
• The word rude is not in your dictionary
• Share the spirit and values that we represent inside the film community
• Highly valuable to have knowledge of film!
Salary: 21.600€/year
